Our Cape Cod style clapboard and flagstone Sand Canyon horse property with recording studio home is located on 2 lovely acres in the Sand Canyon area of Santa Clarita. Approximately 8 miles from the Valencia Town Center mall, it is just two miles from the 14 freeway along Sand Canyon Road, approximately one mile from the Sand Canyon Country Club and similar distance from The Oak of The Golden Dream, The Golden Oak Ranch Disney Studios location and the Placerita Canyon Wilderness area.
The main house has 4 bedrooms, two and a half baths and is approximately 2300 sq. feet. Originally built in 1964, the house was extensively remodeled throughout around 2001. The remodel included new, scraped, ebony hardwood floors, new bathrooms and extensive use of wainscoting throughout. Since that time we have made our own improvements including some new appliances, a storage attic in the two car garage and a completely soundproof studio.
